No, it is not necessary to join any coaching centre to appear in the West Bengal ANM/GNM Nursing entrance. Self-studies can also suffice for the purpose, provided a candidate must practice from previous year papers, sample papers, model test sheets, and mock tests to brace the exam well on the final day.
