As per data (Fall 2023) curated from an unofficial source, the total percentage of students which live as part of university maintained facilities is 52%, while the remaining 48% students live as part of off-campus accommodation.
The institute offers accommodation in the form of residence halls, with separate halls for juniors & seniors. Some halls do accept both boys & girls, who live as part of different floors.

The CUW campus is spread around a 200-acre area of land located just about on the shoreline of Lake Michigan in Mequon.
