Restarting your study is a great decision. The BBA course about which you asked is a distance learning program of three years in Wisdom School of Management. The eligibility criteria of this course is class 12th in any stream with 45% aggregate marks.
Further, Wisdom is a non-university institution. All programs of Wisdom are autonomous and do not come under the preview of UGC / AICTE.

Yes you can pursue BCA via distance education. The minimum education requirements are 12th with 45% marks.

Why to go for B.Sc? I mean, you should not switch from engineering to science. Go for NIELIT B Level. B LEVEL is equivalent to B.Tech or MCA. Regards.

In India, no university is offering B.Tech or BE degrees in engineering and technology. This type degrees in distance education has banned by government of India. Up to 2009 JNTU Hyderabad, Andhra university Visakhapatnam Nagarjuna university Guntur Karnataka university Mysore, and IGNOU New Delhi offered this type degrees. And, AMIE of institution of engineers Calcutta also offer this type. In this AMIE is only recognized by government of India and no other university in India having the recognition by HRD ministry.
