Hello! Yes, you can get admission in any good college for MBA. But you also need to clear the further interview rounds (if shortlisted for them). Good luck!

It is always advisable to join full time PGDM/MBA general programme and not specialised one. If you are genuinely interested in that course than only join it because once enrolled than it will be difficult for you to change your domain. It is your career decision don't just go with the college brand do give more weight-age to course. I really don't know about the course but it seems to be really specific. Take decision wisely.
All the best

It depends on different IIMs or other Top B-schools, they have separate criteria for percentages in class 10th and class 12th.

There is no steadfast rule as such for selection. But, if you have 90% above in class 10th and class 12th, you will get maximum marks for that section, and even if you have decent CAT score, you can convert them. If you have great CAT scores based on category, 80% above in both class 10th and class 12th will suffice.

Absolutely not! Giving the CAT is a must, only if you are aiming all the IIMs. Else, you can appear for the other exams too like NMAT, CMAT SNAP CET, etc. as per your dream college(s):

The first UMG batch will passout in 2018. So, wait for the official placements report. However, the course looks pretty good and it's very new.
