Xavier offers 13 UG courses in different fields. XIM BBSR has BCom (Hons), BBM (Hons), BA-LLB (Hons), BBA- LLB (Hons), BSc-Environmental Science (Hons), BSc- Sustainable Development (Hons), BSc- Economics (Hons), BA-Public Administration and Governance (Hons), BSc- Psychology (Hons), BA- English (Hons), and BPlan programs are offered.

Xavier University has 13 schools which offer various courses in different fields. It includes School of Communication, School of Commerce, School of Sustainability, School of Human Settlements, Law School, Emlyon Business School, School of Human Resource Management, School of Rural Management, of Governance and Public Affairs, Institute of Management, School of Computer Science and Engineering and Xavier School of Commerce and School of Liberal Arts.

The selection for BTech (Hons) is done based on a merit list which is the basis of academic performance in Class 10 and Class 12 examinations. Candidates must appear for the Xavier Engineering Selection Test (XEST) and personal interview. The aspiring candidates with exceptional records like 75% in JEE (Main) or Diploma holders seeking lateral entry in 2nd year and eligible for direct admission.

Three candidates from ST, SC, economically backward/ minority category avails the Xavier University scholarship. They are provided with 30% of the course/tuition fee for the first year. To continue the offer, students must secure a minimum 7.5 CGPA in the subsequent year.

Students must get 90% plus marks in the 12th board examination to avail the scholarship at XIM Bhubaneswar. The scholarship will continue if the applicant secures a minimum CGPA of 8.5 in each subsequent year.

Xavier is one of the renowned colleges where most of the students get placed each year in their placement drive. B.Tech students bagged with an average salary package of INR 6 LPA. There are many recruiters like Infosys, Capgemini, and others.

The total fee of the MBA programme ranges from INR 12.20 Lacs to INR 18.30 lakh. The course has five specialisations namely Business Management, HRM, RM, SM, UM.

Candidates seeking admission to XIM University admission to the full-time MBA, MBA in Urban Management and Governance, Master of Business Finance and MBA in Human Resource Management course must have a valid score in either of CAT, XAT or NMAT.
