The selection criteria of Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur includes group discussion and Personal Interview for which students are shortlisted based on their Xavier Aptitude Test score. The selection process is conducted in February. Students who are selected for Group Discussion-Personal Interviews based on their Xavier Aptitude Test score are informed via email of the venue, date, and time. Students have to attend the Group Discussion-Personal Interviews for being eligible for the next round of admission. For more information, click here.

Hello,
Case of being very weak, take about 2-3 months to get a good grasp of the various topics covered in the XAT. Since XAT happens in January, you have quite a lot of time to prepare. You can spend 2-3 hours on weekdays and double that time on weekends to study daily. Increase that time later on as per required.

XLRI does not require any minimum graduation percentage unlike the IIMS however they generally prefer 75 percent minimum and these will be counted during you GDPI sessions. For details related to cut off please check this link:

Yes, you can get a call from XLRI. Their primary focus is on XAT score so focus on clearing that. The academic marks will come into picture during final selection but if you ace your interview and justify your scores, then that also won't be an issue.
