Hi Sanjeev, Only a person who has done a full time LL.B. Is recognised to be eligible to practice law in India. There are colleges, which promises to allow students to complete their LL.B. Course through distance mode. However, such courses or arrangements are completely illegal and one should not fall for such traps.

You may get admission to the college without CLAT exam. The Admission will be based on the score in higher education. You need to fill the application form and once you are selected you need to visit college with all the original documents and fees. And fees differs of every course.

VVIT number is a very good college in terms of academics, placements, infrastructure, Labs. The college got his name because of good performances from the students and good placements among the private institutions in Andhra Pradesh. Yes u can. But only if you have studied in rtu university and there is no backlog in 1st yr. If you are eligible in that, then you should have to give application in your college and rtu. Before doing that, you should contact with govt engg college ajmer in which you want to take admission.
