No, you can't. Candidates who are willing to appear in upcoming CSIR NET should be well aware of the eligibilities for the exam. Get the complete detail related to the exam from here - https://www.eduncle.com/csir-net-exam
As per the UGC NET eligibility criteria, the candidate who is in the final year of Post-Graduation or have passed his post-graduation with 55% marks (For General & OBC) or 50% (For ST/SC/PWD) marks from a government recognized institute are eligible to appear for the exam.
The official website of CBSE UGC NET exam will begin the online application submission from 5th March 2018.

ADMISSION GUIDELINES:
Candidates are selected on the basis of rank and marks scored in the TANCET exam. The TANCET, conducted by Anna University on behalf of Tamil Nadu government, is conducted annually for admissions in PG courses. The exam is not only for the students of Tamil Nadu but for anyone who fulfills the eligibility criteria.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Candidate must have passed B.Sc Zoology/ Adv. Zoology and Biotechnology / Life Science.
