Amity University Jaipur BCom Courses and Fees 2026: Eligibility, Admission, Dates

Maintain a minimum 75% attendance to appear in the end-of-semester exam in the BTech course at Amity University Jaipur. This is calculated from programme start or when the fee is paid.

Report on the day when your programme is about to get started. The following documents that you need during the time of reporting are mentioned on the admission letter and on Amizone. Date of reporting is separately communicated through Amizone. You cannot register for the program/hostel 10 days after the commencement date under any circumstances. In this case, the hostel seat gets automatically cancelled.

To apply for a refund, submit your request through Amizone. Refund will be processed as per the AUUP refund policy mentioned below:

• If admission is withdrawn 15 days before academic session starts: 100% refund with security deposit after up to 5% deduction and maximum INR 5000 as processing charges. 

• In case, withdrawal is less than 15 days before academic session starts: 90% of the refund of the semester fee and security deposit

• If the withdrawal is up to 15 days after academic session starts: 80% refund of semester fee and security deposit

• In case, withdrawal is between 16-30 days after academic sessions starts: 50% refund of the semester fee and security deposit

• If withdrawal is on or after 30 days, the academic session starts: No refund except security deposit

You will be notified about admission through Admission Microsite. Upload a soft copy of the admission letter without sending a hard copy through the post. A student must keep a regular check on the Microsite for all admission-related updates. This letter has all the valuable information and the student must go through it carefully.
