Bahbha University eligibility criteria for B.Tech programme is Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject or Diploma in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% marks. Candidate belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC category from Madhya Pradesh must obtain at least 40% aggregate in qualifying examination.
Bhabha University also offers admission to the BTech programme thrugh lateral entry for which, candidate must have passed a regular three-year Engineering Diploma programme examination in appropriate branch of Engineering or Technology from AICTE or UGC recognised institute or must have passed BSc degree examination with Mathematics at Class 12 and must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of SC/ ST/ OBC category candidates from Madhya Pradesh) in the qualifying examination.
