The university is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and recognised by the Ministry of Education.  Bhupal Nobles University is considered a good choice for B Tech students. The university provides a good academic environment and has a good record of placements for its graduates. Many renowned companies recruit from the university, including Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, and Infosys.

Selection process for B Tech is done by JEE Mains for colleges like NITs and DUs. For the BTech admission in IITs are done by JEE advance. For the selection in JEE mains/ to get eligible for JEE advance, minimum 91% is required (for general category).

At Bhupal Nobles University, the BSc is offered acorss multiple specialisations including Biotechnology, Physics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Maths,  Statistics, Geology, etc. The university also offers a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree specialised in Agriculture.
