IKGPTU is the runned by the State Government of Punjab. It has various campuses all over Punjab. However, B.Arch is among the most pursued courses by students throughout. Though, it's average package for this programme is upto 7 - 8 lacs at Mohali Campus II and it can go upto 16.5 - 17 lacs per annum. 

As IKGPTU is a Premier State Government Institute, the fees (per semester) is on the medium side (Not too high, not too low) if we relate it to other colleges who offers courses in IT, Architecture and Planning etc. Per semester fee is around 52K and the course duration is 5 years (10 semesters). While taking admission into this, students have to pay approx.10K more which includes the Security and other charges. However, the University reserves the right to change the amount of fees. 

I.K. Gujaral Puntaj Technical University -Mohali Campus ll is not Tier 1 or Tier 2, Even we can not consider it as an Tier 3 college, as the placements are not so good and as it is not the main campus of the university, facility here are not quite satisfactory as compared to the other campuses. 

Student must have Minimum score ofJEE Mains is 60 percentile if anyone is from another state. If anyone is the resident then minimum score in JEE Mains should be 50 percentile. Also student must pass the 10+2 examination with minimum score of 50 percent marks.And for B.Tech (lateral )candidates with at least 45 Percent marks in diploma 

No, The I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University -Mohali Campus II never release the cutoff for any course, as the There is no entrance exam for taking admission in college. Even very low marks in JEE-Mains are also accepted. still one can know the cutoff for existing batch.

IKGPTU is considered one of the average college.the B.Tech course of four years has expenses of 3.42 L which is not too much fee as compared to other engineering private colleges so it depends on person to person as it also gives average package of 4.5 lpa
