IFMR Krea University's Integrated BBA+MBA programme is a five-year course that combines business education with liberal education. The programme allows students to exit at different points, gaining a BBA degree after three years, a BBA Honours degree after four years, or an Integrated MBA degree after five years. The programme focuses on developing skills, attitudes, and knowledge for future entrepreneurs and business leaders, with courses on design thinking, ethics, and communication. Students can also choose to take a year-long sabbatical between BBA and MBA to gain industry experience. The programme has a tuition fee of Rupees Five Lakhs per annum for the first three years, and Rupees Seven Lacs Twenty-Eight Thousand per annum for the remaining two years.

Krea University considers scores of the candidates in national-level entrance exams for admission. Aspirants should have a valid score in any of the accepted exams for MBA admission. To apply for Integrated BBA+MBA at IFMR Krea University, candidates must have studied in the English Medium, obtained at least 60% marks in Class X and Class XII with at least 60% in Mathematics in Class X. They must also have test scores from IPMAT or SAT or Krea Aptitude Test. The application process involves online personal interviews, and the merit list of candidates will be prepared based on the overall performance and remarks from the interview panel. The tuition fee for the first three years is Rupees Five Lakhs per annum, and after that, the tuition fees of the MBA programme are applicable.
