Satisfied with faculty and infrastructure, but placements could improve.
Placements: The quality of my college placement support is decent but not stellar, around 30-50 percent of civil students land on-campus offers. Companies like TCS, Wipro, ServiceNow and Accenture visit for recruitment. Average packages range between 3 LPA to 9 LPA with top performers landing up 8 LPA.
Infrastructure: My college campus feels modern and clean with spacious classrooms, smart labs and well-maintained civil engineering facilities. In my civil department, there's a dedicated lab for surveying, concrete, hydraulics, and practical tools are available. The library is equipped with digital resources and physical books, and the overall vibe is green and pleasant.
Faculty: Faculty of Karpagam Academy of Higher Education are knowledgeable, many have postgraduate degrees and years of teaching experience. The course in my college mixes theory with hands-on work, regular internal exams, lab projects, and even real-world internships are part of the schedule. Collaboration on site visits and competitions gives a nice touch to the learning.

College reality: Likes and dislikes.
Placements: 65-75% of students were placed in our courses. The highest package taken by a student is 400,000 per annum; the average package is 200,000, and the lowest package is 100,000. About 50% of students got internships from our courses because of their studying ability and personality.
Infrastructure: The quality of food available in the canteen is very good and very tasty, and the facilities for medicine are also good. We have a big activity hall for games and functions, like the annual function and Navratri Garba. The facilities in the classrooms are also good, and we have good air conditioning.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching they provide is the best; they explain the topics in depth or briefly, and also in Hindi and English. The semester exams in the college are a little bit tough and hard, and the percentage of passing students is 85%.
Other: Mainly commerce students who are good in academics choose BBA. The thing that needs improvement in our college is the parking space, and also the campus; our college is too small, like a school. But we can celebrate the festival in a good way.

Overall, the college is very average in terms of studies, campus, students, and events.
Placements: Around 40% of students are placed; companies like ETv and local news channels hire from KTU; internships depend on students and not the college; the roles offered are content writers, anchors, and others from the news industry only. The average package is only INR 1-2 LPA.
Infrastructure: The hostel is a mess; there is nothing to do in it. Only a few people lived there. It's affordable but not at all good. Beds and electricity are good; food and everything else need to be charged separately and as an optional part of the hostel fee. The girls hostel closes at 8 p.m., and for boys, it is 10 p.m.
Faculty: Teachers are definitely helpful and qualified, but the quality of the studies is just okay. HOD helps out with everything, and the library is good too. But the teachers never take proper lessons. Practicals are taken very rarely, and we have never been to field work to date.
Other: My batch in particular was nice; we had a little bit of fun at every event.

The college is nice join.
Placements: The placement cell is not very good, but you will have some opportunities to improve your C. V. through extracurricular activities provided by the college. It also has an NCC or NSS cell, which prepares you for jobs in the police or army, as well as other facilities.
Infrastructure: The college is old, so the infrastructure isn't great, but the libraries are fine, with a good collection of books. Wi-Fi is available 24/7 and with good speed. Classrooms are also nice.
Faculty: Faculty members aren't all that great. M.Sc. freshers come and teach you and not a single one can answer your good questions because they are not creative and just copy from books and dictate it. But 1-2 are fine with good behaviour but they cannot grow your creativity.

Joining our college is the best choice.
Placements: A minimum of 70% of students in our course are placed. The most popular news channel roles are offered. These include content writers, editors, reporters, and radio jockeys. The most valuable companies give you the chance to work in their companies. Every course has a different salary package.
Infrastructure: There are 3 departments in our college. All books are available in the library. There is also a hostel canteen and practice labs. The best quality food is available at our college.
Faculty: Teachers here are qualified. Every teacher is good. Semester exams are not hard because all subjects are changed every semester. Every student passes the semester exams.
Other: The best thing about our course is that it is very knowledgeable. Our college hosts three or four events, as well as a seven-day festival. The most valuable thing is that our college is the number one media college in Chhattisgarh. Every semester, the college organises sports and games for three days.

It has no placements and the infrastructure is very poor. Not even the walls are painted.
Placements: No placements are available at our campus. No company comes on campus for placements. There is no internship for the first, second, and third years. If you are admitted to this college, make sure you don't get placements through the college.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi for students. The labs are good. There are no sports. The campus feels like a coaching center. It does not have a mess or a canteen. Hostels are also not available. The campus too small
Faculty: Some teachers are good. Almost all teachers have a master's degree, but not a single Ph.D. holder is there.
Other: The BCA is the best course in the IT field. Some extra math subjects and more coding languages are needed. There is only one event in a year. Jazz Fest is in very poor condition. The crowd is moderate. Scholarships are available. There are no extracurricular activities. It is not a good college for regular students.
