2) Should posses Permanent/Provisional Registration with the State Dental Council.
3) Has undergone Compulsory RotatoryInternship of a year in an approved/recognised Dental College.
4) Have resided in the State of Goa for a minimum period of 15 years preceding the last date of receipt of application.
