The college is quite strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of BTech in AI & ML at Faculty of Engg. and Technology. The candidate should have passed 10+2 from a recognised Board/Council with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational Subject.

- Score in JEE (Main); JEE (Advanced); Karnataka CET; COMED-K; AUEET (Alliance Undergraduate Engg. Entrance Test); or any other State-Level engineering entrance examination.

The annual hostel fee at M.S. Ramaiah Medical College is approximately INR 7,500 per month, totaling around INR 90,000 per year, excluding mess charges. For PG students, the combined hostel and mess fees are about INR 88,000 annually. The hostels offer furnished shared or single rooms, attached bathrooms, Wi Fi, 24/7 security, and in house mess.
