Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria to apply for SOT PDEU BTech programme. Aspirants must pass a minimum of Class 12 to apply for BTech. Below is detailed eligibility for BTech:Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or PCB (only for Biotechnology) including theory and practical to apply for BTech programme. 

The intake for each MTech specialisation is 18. 50% seats are earmarked for candidates having valid and qualified GATE scores. Candidates can get a seat in M.Tech based on GATE score or performance in the personal interview round.
