Great environment for research and overall development.

Placements: I completed my M.Sc. I have a degree in Physics from PDEU, and the placement opportunities for our batch were average. Most students were more focused on higher studies and research, so only around 25-30% of the batch participated in placements. Among those, a fair number were able to secure jobs. The highest package offered was around 6 LPA, while the lowest was about 2.5 LPA, with an average package close to 3.5-4 LPA.

It is a good college and has great placements.

Placements: 95% of students get placed in my branch. The highest package is 42 LPA, and the lowest that I know of is 4 LPA. Top recruiters are Google, JP Morgan, Tata, Reliance, and PayPal. All students have to do internships at the end of the 3rd year, so the internship percentage is 100%. Some students get internships at JP Morgan, and most of them work in startups.
