If cost is the primary consideration, Patliputra might be alright. If so, look into other Patna institutions for possibly better academic programs and career assistance.

BS College in Patna boasts good placements where top companies like Hyundai and Tata offer lucrative packages to students excelling academically Approximately 20% of the students secure placements in these esteemed companies. Though direct campus placements may not be available the college actively guides students towards job opportunities leveraging its strong market reputation. On the other hand Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University (BRABU) in Muzaffarpur reports a placement rate of around 5%. Notable companies such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys and ICICI Bank have visited the campus. In 2023, the median package for Bachelor of Arts students stood at INR 5.70 LPA with the highest package reaching INR 12 LPA. The average package for a batch of 60-70 students ranges between INR 8-10 LPA. The most unique things about Patliputra University are:1) University teachers - They use different and very unique methods to teach their students.2) Placements - Many companies like Honda, Kotak Mahindra Bank, TCS, and Volvo come to the campus with job offers and 85% of the students get placed, but still it all depends on the individual he/she skillful are. They also provide career counselling, mentorship etc.3) In terms of attendance, it is mandatory to fulfil the criteria of 75% attendance every semester.4) Festivals or Cult-fests - During festivals many stand-up comedians, television celebrities come to the campus to make the festivals more exciting and joyful.5) Value for money - The annual fee for some of the courses of this University colleges is nearly 5k to 6k. 6) The library here on the campus is very famous and contains thousands of books and journals on different subjects. There's a lot of considerations like category of the student, like whether a student is Other backward caste (OBC), Scheduled caste (SC) or Scheduled tribe (ST) or Unreserved. with each having some relaxations in Percentage criterias.Also, There's many Entrance exams through which Patliputra University takes in students. If you can come in merit list of any of those General Entrance Exams such as CAT, or even the direct University's own entrance Test, and satisfy the 45+% criteria in Undergrad.Then you are most likely good to go and can get into Patliputra University.I hope that helps
