Compared to some of the best MBA programs in India, the Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS) offers reasonably priced MBA programs. The cost of SIMATS' standard MBA programme is around Rs. 2-3 Lakh each year. Compared to other elite management schools such as the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), where annual fees can go up to Rs. 25 lakhs, this pricing structure is significantly lower. On the other hand, SIMATS' tuition is similar to that of many other Indian private management schools that provide MBA programs. When considering the program's affordability, one should consider the possible return on investment (ROI) in terms of employment opportunities.

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main cutoff scores and rankings, as well as the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) test results, are used to determine admission to the Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS) B.Tech programme. Even though a percentile range of 70–75 can be suggestive, it's important to remember that admission requirements might change from year to year depending on things like the volume of applications and how competitive the applicant pool is.
