I can tell you about Sri Balaji Society where there are four institutes i.e BIIB, BIMHRD, BIIM and BITM. The placement of these institutes are centralised. Also, it has very strict rules in terms of attendance and backlogs
Even if you have a single backlog and attendance below 90%, you won't be allowed to sit for placement. The teaching faculties are well experienced so you don't need to worry about academics. Good exposure to the corporate world where you will get many opportunities to showcase your skills. Improve your skills, be disciplined and do hard work. Rest college will handle to get your place. I can tell you about BIIB, where the placements are 100%, provided you should fulfil the campus placement eligibility criteria i.e you should not have backlogs and attendance should be above 90%.
