As per the admission guidelines sanctioned by Tamil Nadu National Law University Tiruchirappalli, direct admission to any of the offered courses by the university is not applicable. Students must take the CLAT 2025 entrance exam for admission to its BALLB course. The Common Law Admission Test, known as CLAT, is a national-level law entrance exam conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs).To secure admission in the BA LLB (Hons) programme, candidates must first have valid eligibility criteria: Class 12 from any recognised board with minimum 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes). Eligible candidates can apply for the CLAT 2025 exam by registering on the official website of TNNLU. Once the application process is completed the CLAT admit cards are released and the exams are conducted on the scheduled dates. After the exam candidates must participate in the counselling process of CLAT 2025. Candidates who will accept the allotted seat need to upload all the required documents on the official portal. After that candidates, will be required to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats within a stipulated deadline.

It is pretty expensive for a one year course.Law colleges with the lowest fees in India consist of colleges like NLU Delhi, NLU Jodhpur, Gujarat National Law University Gandhinagar, National Law University Cuttack etc. Law Colleges with the lowest fees consist of top colleges like NLU, GNLUS, Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai etc.Fee structure and facilities: The yearly fee for my LLB wa around Rs. 1500 and the total fee for my whole course duration of 3-years was around Rs. 4000. The fee was very much feasible and affordable for me.
