It really depends on Individual experience but in my opinion both are great private University to get a Diploma in Engineering and Management stream. I believe the previous examination aggregate requirements for ICFAI Jaipur (50%) is slightly lower than UEM Jaipur (60%) but the cost is slightly Higher (~10%) in ICFAI Jaipur. In the IIRF ranking for best private universities in India the UEM Jaipur ranks at 142, while the ICFAI Jaipur has a much more impressive position at 33 position. That doesn't mean there is a huge qualitative drop between both of them as ranking 142 position is pretty impressive too. Although both are great universities to join at the end it also depends on your own individual experience and future placement opportunities to determine what University is best for you.

The highest and average package offered by companies is 60LPA and 8LPA and the percentage is not required you should clear all semester back will not be allowed.  Internship Opportunities: Just like placements placement cell helps every student to get internships in their field with a good stipend and great learning atmosphere students of my branch are eligible for assistant developers, trainees, data analystss etc. roles in big companies. Overall you will have a very smooth experience in your journey.

In Jaipur National University for any course the fees varies from 80K to 1.12 Lacs and in the ICFAI University the fees for any course varies from 80K to 1.2 Lakh, We cant say that ICFAI University is expensive than Jaipur National University because the fees is almost the same.
