How to Take Admission Through CUET Scores
After taking the CUET exam, NTA is expected to release CUET score tentatively in the third week of June 2027. Candidates seeking admission to CUET participating university must ensure to add colleges and course preferences while filling the CUET application form 2027. The scores will be shared with the applied colleges/universities and merit list or CUET cut off will be released on the basis of the scores obtained by candidates. CUET percentile is calculated based on the number of candidates who scored equal to or lower than a particular score divided by the total number of candidates who took the exam. It indicates a student's performance relative to other CUET candidates.

CUET UG total marks is 250 Marks for each subject. Candidates can choose up to five CUET subjects. Each subject paper has 50 questions which will total to 250 marks for each subject. For every correct answer, candidate will get 5 marks. The CUET total marks will be uniform for all 37 subjects. The Total CUET subjects marks can vary depending on the number of subjects chosen by candidates.

Check the notice before you rely on it. You must qualify JEE Main or CUET for UPTAC. A news report says only candidates with a valid JEE Main 2026 rank could register. The special rounds list CUET (UG) 2026 along with JEE Main. So CUET may help only in some rounds. JEE Main is the safe choice.
