Admission into the University of Madras, Guindy Campus (UNOM) is relatively tough as the same process for various courses. UNOM is admitting undergraduates based on meritorious qualifying marks such as 12th standard or equivalent. For some postgraduate courses like M.Sc., MBA, or M.A., admissions may be done through entrance exams or personal interviews. For highly competitive courses like M.Sc. in Computer Science, MBA, and IT programs, the requirements are a bit rigorous due to more students applying for them.In general, it is not so challenging getting an admission unless one shows good academic performance and proper preparation, which would be significant in competitive fields.
