UPRTOU PG Diploma Courses & Fees 2025

PG Diploma Jul 2025 session admissions are open and the last date has been extended to Sep 15, 2025. Candidates can apply by visiting the official website of the university. 

UPRTOU PG Diploma Admission 2022

UPRTOU offers a PG Diploma course at the postgraduate level with 28 specialisations under the annual and semester system. The course is offered in two sessions, one in July and the other in January. The program's goal is to improve student's creative writing skills in Hindi on a variety of literary and social subjects, skills related to the functional use of Hindi in various contemporary fields, understanding the concept of Films and Society, and developing an understanding of India's rich glorious spiritual-religious traditions.

NOTE: 

*The programme fee, as well as any other fees, will be paid only online. The fee will be paid via e-challan at the time of admission. It will also cover admission, registration, and examination fee.

**The programme fee once deposited will be valid for the current session only. Re programme fee will be payable for admission in the second or third year.

***After admission, if the University finds any false information the candidature will be rejected without any notice. The fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

****Aadhar card is mandatory for admission.

UPRTOU PG Diploma Admission Process 2022

All the applicants should fill out the online e-application form carefully. Candidates must get an enrolment number to be admitted to one of the programmes. To obtain the number, the candidate must complete both online and offline admission procedures. The procedures below are pre-online procedures that a candidate must complete before proceeding to the offline mode:

Step 1: Apply for an online admission form.

Step 2: Candidates have to fill out the separate online application form.

Step 3: The admission list will be declared by the University based on the online application received for admissions.

Step 4: The selected candidate's name will be displayed in the study centre.

- If a study centre is not available, candidates will be notified at the correspondence address provided on the application form, and the university will assign a study centre.

- If there is an error, the candidate can rectify it on the amendment link given on the website. UPRTOU however, the change will only be made after the candidate's educational qualification has been reviewed by the University's admissions section.

The amendment link is not available on the website; however, once admissions for 2022 open, it will be available.

Documents required for Admission 

1. Mark sheets and certificates of required educational qualifications that are being self-attested and attested.
2. Print a copy of the online application.
3. Completed anti-ragging affidavit must be attached in original and submitted. 
4. ST/SC/OBC candidates must submit a caste/class certificate issued by a competent authority.

UPRTOU PG Diploma Application Process 2022

Before proceeding to enrolment in UPRTOU candidates need to register through an online application. Students must visit the official website, http://www.uprtou.ac.in, to apply online for their desired courses. The following is a step-by-step guide to applying for the PG diploma programme at UPRTOU:

Step 1: Select 'Apply Admission Session 2022'.

Step 2: Select “New Registration”.

Step 3: Fill in all the required details.

Step 4: Fill out the complete form, pay the fee and submit it.
