UPRTOU offers a Bachelor of Library and Information Science(BLIS) programme at the undergraduate level. The course is offered in two sessions, one in July and the other in January. The admission information brochure will be available at the University's regional offices in Praygraj, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Lucknow, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Jhansi, Kanpur, Agra, Ayaodha, and Azamgarh, as well as all study centres.
All the applicants should fill out the online e-application form carefully. Candidates must get an enrolment number to be admitted to one of the programmes. To obtain the number, the candidate must complete both online and offline admission procedures. UP Rajshri Tandon Open University offers direct admission to most of the courses by considering the applicant’s aggregate in the bachelor’s degree.
