Placements: We are the first batch to be enrolled in this course with a strength of 20. The highest package offered in our college is around 1 crore per annum and the average package ranges from 6-8 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Google, Microsoft, etc. Everyone gets internship opportunities from the first year onwards.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is well-established with Wi-Fi across the campus. Particularly in our department, there is a psychology lab and a geography lab. Classrooms are equipped with projectors, whiteboards, and well-ventilated windows. The hostel is good. The food is also good. The mess and canteen are also there. There is a cricket ground, football ground American football ground, basketball court, volleyball court, boxing, indoor sports arena, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, very helpful, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is designed in such a way that it helps in the overall development of a student. The course curriculum is relevant and it also provides opportunities to students like field visits to industries or particular fields related to the course. Semester exams are quite difficult as questions are always comprehensive. The pass percentage is 100%.
Other: Events like Panache, Anubhuti, hackathons, and Destination take place every year. There is ACIC which helps in incubation and start-up finding.

All you need to know about VGU before taking admission :)
Placements: Mainly there are only good placements in the Science and Management departments; other than that, the placement condition is quite bad. You will only get placement if you have managed your score from the very beginning. The highest package is 17 LPA. Only 3% of students get placement in good companies; the rest get companies that offered 2-3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college is beautiful and green. You can sit and relax in the canteen. Other than that, everything you need for your studies is available, be it the lab, library (there is good availability of the books), and Wi-Fi access is also available for everyone. Classrooms are quite big and have 4 to 5 fans. The hostel is quite bad. The food provided isn't good, and the worst part is that females have to be on campus by 5 PM; after that, the door will be closed, and for males, the door will be closed by 6:30 PM. You can play on campus only because the hostel is connected, and medical facilities are available 24/7. There is also a hospital nearby.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They will understand your situation. The teaching quality is okay. It’s not that bad, but at the end of the day, you have to study by yourself; only that can help. The course curriculum is relevant, and it does make one industry-ready. One learns new things and gains many new experiences in the college. Semester exams are not that easy, but also not that difficult. If you study one night before, you can pass the exams. The passing percentage is 33%. This 33% includes midterm marks as well.
Other: Because I am interested in literature and want to delve more into it, the course offers knowledge about different eras, poetry, and writing associated with it. There is always room for improvement, so I guess more group discussions can help a lot more. There are many events in the college regularly, and fests will be organized twice a year. You can have a lot of fun; artists come and sing. Apart from that, the marks you score in 12th standard provide you with good scholarships.
