Did my BCom a few years back, so I can break this down from actual experience rather than just textbook definition.
BCom, Bachelor of Commerce, is basically a 3-year undergrad degree focused on business, finance, accounting, economics, and related subjects. First year's usually broader, covers basics like accounting principles, business law, economics, gives you a foundation before things get more specific. Second and third year you start specializing more depending on your college, could be finance, accounting, taxation, whatever electives are offered.

To be eligible to apply for BCom at S.S. Jain Subodh Commerce and Arts College, students must have minimum 45% of aggregate marks are required in last qualifying exam for students from RBSE / CBSE and any other equivalent Board. Minimum 60% of aggregate marks is required for students, who are not the resident of Rajasthan.
