We all know that college placement is one of the most crucial and life-changing steps in the college life. This is the stepping stone in building the career. Here, we will be discussing a few tips and tricks to crack the campus placements interview in Ethames Degree College.

EThames Degree College is one of the best colleges in the Telangana state. In this college, we have active placements which help the students to get placed in a reputed company.

Before going to the interview, the candidate needs to remember three steps. The first step is resume building, the second step is gathering the information about the company and the third step is to conduct a detailed analysis of the position applied for.

The EThames Degree College has a separate placement cell. The Placement Cell helps students in providing the best internships and placements. For placements, we have tie-ups with different top companies. Our Placement Cell provides many facilities to help the students like training the students in different domains based on student’s interest, getting them with well-prepared for the corporate world and so on.

The college faculty always encourage students to do at least three internships in different domains to gain better knowledge of various domains. This would help students in choosing the position and domain for the future.

 Our college recently tied up with Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK). TASK is a separate website initiated by the Telangana government for the students to get internships and placements easily. There are several pool drives conducted by the college. The Placements Cell also helps the students in preparing for Personal Interviews, Group Discussions, Personality Development, Resume Building, Mock Interviews, Aptitude Test and Technical Skills, and many more.

During the placements, there is a selection process for the students with more than 50% attendance. A personal interview round is also conducted with each student to understand their skills, strengths and interest regarding the career they have opted for after analysing the students would make a report individually and maintain the same.

There is a Placement Coordinator in the college who selects the students based on their technical and communicational skills and interest. This coordinator helps the students in developing and enhancing their skills in different ways. This would help the students to learn and get a better job in future.
