  2. 5-year integrated LLB degree

Note: Final year students can also apply if they don't have any backlog.

There is no upper or lower age limit for appearing in the All India Bar Examination.

State Bar Council Registration/Enrollment

A candidate not registered with their State Bar Council as an Advocate can also apply. State Bar Council enrollment is no longer mandatory for AIBE eligibility.

No, one cannot get a CoP without having passed the AIBE if one completed his or her education with an LLB degree in or after 2009-2010. Passing the AIBE is mandatory for those who want to practice law on their own after completing an LLB degree from any recognised institution.
