IIT Madras Admissions 2021: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras and Texas Instruments, India (TI) are inviting eligible candidates to apply for the โ€˜TII-IIT Madras MS programme.โ€™ IIT Madrasโ€™s TII-IIT Madras MS programme is a blended programme in Analog, Mixed-Signal (AMS) and RF VLSI Design. Candidates interested in IIT Madra Admissions 2021 must note that the programme includes a one-year classroom learning with a two-year internship with Texas Instruments. The last date to submit applications online at ee.iitm.ac.in is April 30, 2021. Students will receive a stipend during the internship period and go through an end-to-end integrated circuit (IC) development cycle.

In order to apply for the programme, applicants must have a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Instrumentation or allied disciplines in engineering with an aggregate of 65 per cent. A valid GATE score of 650 or more in EC, EE, or IN subjects are also required. IIT BTech students with CGPA of 8 or higher are not required to submit their GATE score.

Talking about the offered programme, Professor Nagendra Krishnapura and Prof Shanthi Pavan, Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Madras, said, โ€œThe TII-IITM program has proved to be a much-coveted launchpad for analog talent in the country.
