Q. What are you doing to improve/ drive better campus placements for your current students and alumni? What kind of jobs routinely come to campus? What would you say are the key recruitment trends for your college (observed over the past five years)?

Training and placement office of Poornima Group is working all-round the year to identify opportunities and conducting maximum possible placement drives. Continuous feedback from industry is taken to improve the results of placement drives. Majorly multinationals companies from information technology like Infosys, Capgemini, TCS, IBM, Accenture, Pinnacle Infotech Solutions, Indian Army, Indian Navy, etc. are routine recruiters at Poornima. Recently demand from core sectors for civil, mechanical engineering has increased and recruiters are looking for students with strong technical skills.
