Q:   How is the REAP merit list prepared?

REAP merit list is prepared by giving priority to the following scores:

  1. JEE Main ranks
  2. Percentile obtained in class 12th
  3. Percentage obtained in DVoc in Engineering & Technology approved courses by the state government
Q:   Do I have to clear JEE Mains to appear in REAP exam?
A: 
Generally, admission is offered to students who appeared for JEE Mains on the basis of JEE rank or you can also take admission on the basis of class 12th marks. In May, the notification is released for REAP exam so then you can appear for the exam.
Q:   How many rounds are there in REAP counselling?
A: 

There are around 8 rounds in the REAP counselling process.

  1. Rounds 1 to 3 are specifically for Tuition Fees Waiver Scheme (TFWS) candidates.
  2. Rounds 4 and 5 accommodate out of Rajasthan state candidates, Kashmiri Migrants (KM), persons with special abilities, and Ex-Servicemen dependent on Rajasthan domicile.
  3. Rounds 6 and 7 cater to Rajasthan state candidates.
  4. Round 8 is conducted to fill any remaining vacant seats at the institute level.
Q:   Is there any age limit to apply for REAP counselling?
A: 

There is no age limit to apply for REAP counselling. However, candidates must fulfill rest of the eligibility criteria to register for the counselling process.

Yes, candidates can pay the REAP counselling registration fee using online and offline fee payment methods only on the official website. The payment modes available are:

  4. e-Mitra/CSC Kiosk (for offline kiosk payment, though the main process is online)

 

Q:   What are the documents required for REAP application for BTech course admission at SKIT Jaipur?

Candidates will have to keep the following documents ready during the REAP registration process. Applicants will be required to fill in the details mentioned in these documents in their REAP application form and also upload scanned copies of the same.  

  • Scanned image of an applicant’s recent passport-size photograph in jpg format (image size Maximum up to 100 KB),
  • Scanned image of an applicant’s signature in jpg format (image size Maximum up to 50 KB),  
  • Scanned images of mark sheets of class X, XI and XII examination
  • Scanned image of mark sheet of JEE Main 2024 scorecard  (if appeared for the exam)
  • Scanned images of documents related to the domicile of Rajasthan and reservation category
  • Receipt issued by eMitra/ CSC kiosk containing the Token Number   
  • Mobile number of the applicant or the nearest relative
  • Certificate from the competent authority for applicants belonging to KM category as proof of being son/ daughter of the displaced persons from Jammu & Kashmir
Q:   Is there any way of applying offline for the Anand International College of Engineering application form?
A: 

Anand ICE admission 2024 has been started by the institute. Candidates can visit the official website of the college to fill Anand International College of Engineering application form. The college does not accept offline applications for admission in any of the BTech specialisation. Candidates who wish to take admission at Anand International College of Engineering must apply only through the online mode.   

Q:   Can I get admission to RTU Kota BTech course without JEE Main?
A: 

No, admission at Rajasthan Technical University to a BTech programme is done only on the basis of merit in JEE Main. The seat allotment process is carried out through REAP counselling. There is no other provision for admission. Further, candidates seeking admission must also check the eligibility requirements for REAP before filling out the application form.
