AIT BTech cutoff 2023 for Civil Engineering was 67563 for SC and 67563 for ST category. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in COMEDK, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

For COMEDK Round 2 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 42096 and closing rank was 68055 for the general category candidates under All India quota.
