{Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}Is Al-Ameen Engineering College good for B.E./B.Tech? Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, here's what can be concluded:* Placement: While around 80% of students get placed, the placement packages vary widely (Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 40,000). Major recruiters include IBM, Tata, and others. However, only 12 students out of 63 got placed from one particular batch, with an average salary of Rs. 10,000/month.* Infrastructure: The college has decent infrastructure, with Wi-Fi-enabled labs, comfortable classrooms, and a library. However, the hostel facilities may need improvement, with students complaining about the quality of food and lack of sports and game facilities.* Teaching staff: Faculty members are generally considered helpful and knowledgeable, with some exceptions. Some students felt that certain professors favored certain students or did not complete their portions.* Course relevance: Unfortunately, the course curriculum is deemed irrelevant by some students, leading to a lack of industry-readiness. Projects and internships are limited, with only 10% of students getting internships in companies like KSEB and Vodafone.* Student life: Campus life seems pleasant, with no reported incidents of ragging. However, students complained about the poor quality of food, lack of recreational facilities, and limited sports and games options.* Overall: Al-Ameen Engineering College shows potential, especially considering its low tuition fees. However, improvements are needed in terms of placements, course relevance, and infrastructure to meet modern engineering standards.Keep in mind that individual experiences may vary, and these findings are based on the collective feedback from multiple students and alumni.
