Asansol Girls' College: A path to knowledge.
Placements: No placement or job-related support was provided by the college. None of the students at our college got any jobs from the college site. Not even a single internship opportunity was provided by the college. Students have to manage on their own regarding their future goals and job openings.
Infrastructure: There are a lot of amenities provided by the college, such as free Wi-Fi, a playground, an auditorium, a library, etc. The quality of the hostel rooms was a bit average; the occupancy of the rooms was 3 to 4 people per room. The canteen facility was available to all the students.
Faculty: The college staff as well as the teachers were very kind, polite, and helpful. The college curriculum gives the student in-depth knowledge regarding the subject. The examinations were tough and were held at the correct timing of the session. Almost 95% of students at our college pass the semester examination.
Other: I chose this course because I had a keen interest in the arts. The best thing about my course is that I learned about the history and importance of this subject. A lot of social and cultural activities were organized by our college, such as the annual fest, sports, etc.

Make a clear understanding before taking admission.
Placements: Our college does not provide any placement assistance and therefore there is no companies coming or hiring any students from our campus. The college is planning to bring in companies from Next year but as of now there is no companies coming in for placements in our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is okayish. The only best thing about the college is that it is very well connected and is situated in close proximity to burnpur and Asansol making it accessible to everyone. There is no Wi-Fi or cameras in our college.
Faculty: The faculty members of our college are good and have good experience and industry exposure because of which they can give us practical knowledge and also help us in our career assistance for Masters. The curriculum is divided into 6 sem making it easy to study and cope with the syllabus.
Other: I chose this course because I have a keen interest in mathematics and therefore I found this course to be extremely relevant in terms of exposure and also to pursue my further studies. The college can bring in companies for placements and the college crowd is extremely diversified as there is students coming from different parts of the state.

BCA in Asansol Girls' College.
Placements: There is no placement offered to students. Only degree is completed. If you want to get a job after the degree you would have to look for yourself. Though if you are preparing for higher degree entrance exams that is doable here as not very pressure of the course.
Infrastructure: Labs are updated and has many computers for students to work on. Classrooms are average but it is work in progress. Hostel is very good and safe for girls. Canteen is above average and affordable. Medical facilities are available nearby. There is huge ground as well.
Faculty: Course is not updated and has been there forever. Now it has been taken under Kazi Nazrul University but previously it was Burdwan University. Semesters are not conducted on time and so are the results. Semesters are moderately difficult and almost all students pass.

This is the best college under knu. The college campus drive is very charming.
Placements: This is not a placement college, it is a honours college, after complete this college you will go for B.Ed. In this college the placement is not required. This is a good college but not any company will come for placement job. This college is under knu.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is very pleasant. This is a 3 floor college with elevator. There are many practical rooms and labs for Science and geology department. There are 3 shift of this college. This college provide us a neat and clean kanteen. The food of the kanteen is very delicious and reasonable. Also Ncc trainings will provide by high level army officers.
Faculty: The teachers are very knowledgeable and very helpful. The exams papers are not so hard or not so easy. The teachers are very careful about our studies. The all courses of this college is very good and there are many teachers and staffs are working in college office everyday as well as they are very helpful. The pass percentage is minimum 40% in semester exam.
Other: This college is the top college and most strict college in Asansol. And this college is only for girls. No boys are allowed in this college. There are two types of fest will held in this college and the freshers party and the farewell party will held in this college.

Placements: There are no placements in our college. After finishing this college many students opt for a B.Ed college.
Infrastructure: This college is very disciplined. Our campus is very big. Hostel facilities are average. There are three shift classes in this college. It also provides a big library for students.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, highly educated, and knowledgeable. Semester exams are moderate. The pass percentage is 40%. Our college is affiliated with KNU.
Other: This college is only for girls, and our campus is clean. NCC and many fests are conducted in this college.

I am fully satisfied with our college.
Placements: In our college, about 45 students are placed in the BCA course. The highest salary offered is Rs.60000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs.15000 per month. Top recruiting companies are IT, Tata, Wipro, etc. Almost 60% of students get internships. Overall, our college is good.
Infrastructure: In our college, we haven't faced any problems with labs or libraries. We go to college every day and use the lab as well. A library has fully finished floors and classrooms. Our college provides a canteen. The cost of food is average, and the quality of food is good.
Faculty: All teachers are qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. There are no issues with the teaching methods. Teachers behave very well with students. This course makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy. Our teachers teach us properly. The pass percentage is 80-90%.
Other: Since childhood, my dream has been to become a software developer or get a job in the IT sector. So BCA is the best platform to fulfil my dream. If the enrollment is up, then that is good.
