Achievers’ Dialogues 2025 at Techno India University: A Day to Remember

May 6, 2025: Techno India University played host to a truly landmark event, Achievers’ Dialogues 2025, organised by NISAU UK in proud collaboration with the British Council and Bloomsbury Institute London. The event, brimming with energy and inspiration, turned out to be nothing short of a grand success.

The august gathering was honoured by the presence of Mr. Debanjan Chakrabarti, Director of British Council India, Mr. Andrew Fleming, Deputy British High Commissioner, and Ms. Sanam Arora, Founder and Chairperson of NISAU UK. With such eminent personalities under one roof, the atmosphere was truly electric.

CM Mamata Banerjee Sends Wishes for Techno India Students’ Durga Idol Unveiling in Peterborough

March 27, 2025: The Queensgate Shopping Centre in Peterborough is set to witness a grand celebration of Bengali culture with the unveiling of a unique Durga idol crafted by students of Techno India University, Techno India Group Public Schools, colleges, and École Intuit Lab. This eco-friendly idol, which made its international debut last year at the Lalbaba Rice Thames Durga Parade, has now established a permanent presence in the UK, representing a remarkable fusion of artistry, innovation, and environmental awareness.
The Honorable Chief Minister of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee, has conveyed her best wishes for the occasion. In her reply to the invitation for the unveiling on March 23rd, she conveyed her appreciation for the contributions of the Bengali diaspora in advancing cultural heritage worldwide. Unfortunately, due to prior commitments during her visit to London, she was unable to attend the event in person.

Techno India University’s Sahotsava 2025 Concludes with a Grand Finale at Kala Mandir

March 11, 2025: Sahotsava 2025, the much-awaited annual fest of Techno India University, wrapped up its five-day cultural extravaganza with a spectacular grand finale at Kala Mandir. With over 35 colleges participating, this year’s fest was a melting pot of talent, creativity, and cultural exchange, leaving an indelible mark on all who attended. The campus was a visual spectacle, thanks to the relentless efforts of the designing community, which adorned every corner with breathtaking thematic decorations. Meanwhile, the Photography and Videography Clubs ensured that every electrifying moment was captured, preserving the essence of Sahotsava 2025.

The festivities kicked off on February 28 with a grand opening ceremony, followed by a cultural extravaganza featuring solo singing, stand-up comedy, dance dramas, and the Battle of Bands. Over the next few days, students showcased their skills in Jugal Bandi, fashion walks, rap battles, quiz competitions, street plays, and fine arts events. Intellectual showdowns like debates, extempore, and mock parliament added depth to the vibrant lineup. The Paw Parade, a pet ramp show, stole hearts as an unexpected yet delightful highlight.

A Show-Stopping Grand Finale

On March 6, all eyes turned to Kala Mandir, where the grand finale unfolded in a stunning display of music, theatre, and dance. The evening featured mime, one-act plays, Eastern and Western dance performances, live bands, and an electrifying fashion walk.
