I'm dissatisfied with the faculty members of our college.
Placements: Our college rarely provides placements. Students of other courses get placed with an average salary package of 5 LPA. Private companies related to the field of agriculture provide jobs. Students can get jobs as food inspectors or in the forest department through various selection exams and criteria.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average, but it is unhygienic. Classrooms are average. There are proper labs, but there is no Wi-Fi connection. There are no hostel, mess, or canteen facilities. There are average medical facilities, but sports and games are not provided.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful and well-qualified. Teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry ready. Our course includes 8 semesters. All the exam papers are based on the ICAR. They are moderately difficult. The pass percentage is 33%. Our college secured 78% result.
Other: I chose this course as it is one of the best courses in the upcoming industry and has been given great importance during covid. Our college lacks in few facilities and resources that should be improved.
