About UP Board 12th
The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) will conduct the UP Board 12th examinations every year in April-May. The UP Board Class 12 exam will be held in two slots, morning from 8 am to 11:15 am and evening from 2 pm to 5:15 pm. UPMSP has released the UP Board 12th time table 2021, according to which the examinations will begin from April 24, 2021 and will continue until May 12, 2021.
The UP Board 12th exams would begin with Hindi on April 24 and conclude with Civics on May 12, 2021.
The UPMSP has released the schedule for the practical examinations. The UP Board Class 12 practical examinations will be held in two stages— Stage 1 and Stage 2. The division has been made zone wise. As per the released UP Board 12th Time Table 2021 for practicals, the examinations will be held from February 3 to 22, 2021.
Students must be enrolled in Class 12 of a school affiliated to UP Board to be eligible to give Class 12 Board examinations. They must have also filled the examination form and submitted it along with required documents and examination fee before the last date.
The UP Board was set up in the year 1921 as an act of the United Provinces Legislative Council. The Education Council is the highest institution in the world to conduct high school (10th class) examinations.
The UP Board is headquartered in Prayagraj, originally called Allahabad. The Board is Asia’s largest board in terms of the number of students appearing every year. At present, there are more than 22,000 secondary schools recognized by the board and it conducts the examinations and prepares results of nearly 58 lakh students.
The UP Board Result 2021 Class 12 is expected to be declared in May/June 2021.

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad had released the UP Board Intermediate Examination forms for the year 2021. Students were able to fill up the UP Board Examination form for UP 12th Board without late fees before August 16, 2020, by paying a nominal fee.
UPMSP begins with the revaluation process, soon after the declaration of the Results. Forms for the same are made available online for the students. Students can get their UP Board 12th Result 2021 answer sheets scrutinised or rechecked and re-evaluated, if they are unsatisfied with their marks.

Students who are unsatisfied with their marks can also apply for UP Board 12th Result verification soon after the UP Board Results 2021 are declared.
Last year, the UP Board 12th Result was declared on June 27, after getting delayed due to COVID-19. The pass percentage of 74.64% was recorded. Anurag Malik topped the UP Board Class 12 examinations with 97% marks.

UP Board 12th Time Table 2021
The UP Board Class 12 time table 2021 has been released on February 10, 2021. The examinations will be conducted from April 24 to May 12. The exams will take place in two sessions, morning and evening.
UP Board Class 12 Syllabus
Students preparing for the UP Board Class 12 examinations must go through the complete UP Board 12th syllabus and chalk out a study schedule according to the number of chapters.
UP Board Class 12 Exam Pattern

UP Board 12th Passing Marks
UPMSP class 12 exams are held for a total of 100 marks. The UP Board class 12 exams are based on CCE Pattern. According to which, all the subjects having practicals will have the marks divided into 70 and 30, viz, 70 marks for the theory part of the exam, while 30 marks will be allotted to the practical exam. UP class 12 Grading system for both theory and practical and CCE valuation system followed by the State Board are specified in the following sections:
- The marks obtained in practical subjects, sports, and physical education are added to prepare the final result of UP board Intermediate.
- Minimum 33% of marks need to be scored by the Intermediate student of UP Board to pass the exams.
How to calculate the UP Board GPA using percentage?
CGPA Formula = Sum of grade points obtained in subjects/number of subjects.
First of all, candidates need to write grade points for each subject using the table given below.
Now, add the grades points of all the subjects.
Divide the calculated grade point with the number of subjects, and the final value will be the overall UP Board GPA.

Grades are assigned to a candidate as per his/her performance in the practical and internal evaluation by the school. These grades are mentioned in UP Board intermediate result. The grading system of UPMSP class 12 for theory and practical exams is explained in the table given below:

The UP Board 12th result 2021 will be released in June, tentatively. The UP Result 2021 will be announced both in online and offline modes. Students will be able to check their UP Board 12th Result using their roll numbers.
