For PI, the basic and first question mostly occurs to be Tell me about yourself, therefore jot down all points that you will answer and put your strength and achievements and justify for the same. I hope you will make it to BIMM. All the best.

Yes, there are fair chances for your selection in Balaji, as they give more weightage to how you perform at the time of gd and pi. So all the best for that. I'm also student of BIMM, Pune.

Executive MBA is a course for candidates who work full time while pursuing an MBA, and are hence working executives while they pursue an MBA. It is a part time, evening, distance learning or online program generally meant for people with 6 - 13 years of experience. Welingkar Online Institute provide good executive programs, though it is not equivalent to its regular MBA. It does provide a high ROI for the company you work and as an individual.
If you've less than three - four years experience in your line of work, consider going for Distance MBA to pick up some management oriented skill with which you can give a boost to your existing opportunities. However, if you've got 5-7 years of experience, then consider taking an academic break from work and fully devote yourself to gaining an executive MBA, which is an accelerated programme for experienced business leaders.
