Satisfied with facilities.

Placements: In my course there 500 students are their. The highest package is 16000 for 1st year after 2 years 8000 per year. May be 20% of students got internship in our college. The available course are microbiology and biotechnology also offered. Good number of students are get admission here.

Infrastructure: They have good infrastructure for our course. We have good hostel facilities with strict rules. There are good sports facilities and gym facilities. The canteen is not too much but it's okay with the canteen.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Some of them have very good teaching quality with good sources of notes. Some of them are okay with it. They prepare students for exams they don't have all the copies in the exam. Exams are conducted very strictly under CCTV surveillance.

Other: My favorite subject is Biology and I am taking a specialized subject in microbiology. Give importance to lab work and practicals, particularly microbiology. Only some of them can get scholarships.

The college provides very good placements.

Placements: I belong to the 2019-21 batch. Our college provides good quality knowledge. Infosys is the top recruiting company of our college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good in arts, science and commerce blocks. The college provides excellent medical facilities and good sports in our college. The food served is not tasty in our college. The campus is more crowded.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very good, knowledgeable, and are well connected with the students. They can be found nowhere. There are very strict lecturers who don't permit for functions. The semester exams are quite tough and the pass percentage is 35%.

Other: The events held on campus are excellent. Extracurricular activities, NSS, and NCC are given more value and the students love it.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of facilities not being good.

Placements: We have a very low amount of placements in our colleges. Just all are coming to get a degree. No companies are coming to make placements with our colleges. Just only one or two companies are coming for placement in a year. They select only 2-3 students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, but the infrastructure of the hostel is very bad. The rooms are not clean, the bathrooms are not clean, and the food is also not correct. They give the same type of food daily, both in the morning and evening. Only on Sundays, do they change the morning food.

Faculty: The teaching quality is very poor because the teachers came with low knowledge. I don’t know how they got jobs in our colleges. Even for tier knowledge, they don’t want to get a job in our colleges or even low-tier colleges. The exams are very easy because the teachers give important questions, and we just read those and write the exams.

Our campus life is very good.

Placements: Placements were good. Around 70% of students got placed in our course. The salary package was also decent. Internships were also offered in this course. We had many top recruiting companies.

Infrastructure: Hostels were not available in our college. Canteen was available. Games and sports were conducted. Playground was also huge. Wi-Fi was not available. Laboratory was spacious. Classrooms were also spacious. There was a decent library. It was a very good college.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was good. The course curriculum was relevant to make students ready for the industry. The passing percentage was 100%. Semester exams were not difficult. Teachers also provided relevant information to students.

Other: Scholarships were provided to meritorious students.

Review of Basaveshwara College of Arts, Science and Commerce.

Placements: About 10% of the students were placed from our course. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 2 LPA. Infosys was the top company which visits here for placements. About 10% of the students got internships from our course, and companies which offered internships were Tata and Wipro. Executive-level roles are offered here.

Infrastructure: The facilities of the hostel are old style, and the beds are of poor quality. The electricity facility inside the rooms is in bad condition. The library is far from the hostel, i.e., 1 km away. There is no Wi-Fi at all. The quality of food served in the hostel mess is poor and not hygienic. The medical assistant is good, and sports are very good.

Faculty: Teachers here are just diploma pass out. They are teaching the computer subject for bachelor degree student's, which was not up to the mark as they were not much trained and qualified. Their knowledge was very poor, so the quality of teaching was not up to the mark. The course curriculum was outdated, and it does not make students industry-ready.
