Genuine review of Bishop Cotton's Women's Christian College.

Placements: The placement rate for my course was 15%. The lowest package offered was INR 25,000 and the highest was INR 1 lakh. Almost 10% of the students got recruited. The companies that recruited students looked for students with talent and communication skills.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good, but it could be better. The labs have Wi-Fi, and the systems are very good. The classrooms are neat and spacious, and the library has a good selection of books. The food is good, but could be better. However, there is no auditorium.

Faculty: The teachers are really great. They are friendly and qualified, and the quality of education is great too. The exams held are good, they consist of questions that are simple and difficult. Any student is able to pass the exam due to great teaching quality.

Other: I chose Bishop Cotton Womens Christian College because it offers Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree which provides great opportunities for the future. The best thing about the BCA program is that it provides knowledge that can be used in any work position. The college only holds a fest once a year, which is not that great, and there are few extracurricular activities.

BCWCC college review.

Placements: Four BCA students were placed at Dell in 2022-23. In total, seven students were placed at Dell. Placement varies. Recruiting companies include Dell, HP Domestic, Kotak Mahindra, Northern Trust Bank, Diageo, Societe Generale, University Globe Market, Bayer, and Food Gym.

Infrastructure: The labs are okay, but the computers are really old, so sometimes when you're working, they start lagging. During summers, sitting in classes can be very hot because there are only fans and no AC. The library is very small and has dim lighting; more light would be great. The seminar hall should be maintained; the chairs are broken.

Faculty: The course has valid subjects, and valid exams are held. The difficulty level is not that hard; it's medium. The teachers are very helpful and teach professionally. Most are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant for the future generation of students who will be ready to work in the industry.

Other: During extracurricular activity auditions, they select students based on favoritism and whether they are friends. In my opinion (and that of most of my friends), the college would have a better crowd if it were co-ed.

I am dissatisfied because of the faculty. The campus life is very boring here.

Placements: As I'm studying in 1st year I don't have much idea about placements, companies, and stuff. But I think the placement in this college is kind of average level.

Infrastructure: There are good classrooms provided for this course. The labs are well furnished and maintained properly. The equipment used in the labs is next level. There are no hostel facilities in our college. There is a wide range of opportunities for sports and games.

Faculty: Teachers are well trained, dignified, and highly educated about a particular subject. The teaching quality is good and understandable. We get to visit many industries in this course through college. Semesters are a little bit difficult but manageable.
