Overall, good college but facilities can be improved.

Placements: Offers jobs in cell, dell, etc. But placement opportunities vary course-wise, if you took BCA your placement opportunities are low whereas B.Com or M.Com have higher opportunities. The highest package is 7 LPA to 8 LPA while the lowest package is 5 LPA to 6 LPA at maximum.

Infrastructure: Facilities can be improved as a computer student, it's hard to code in really old computers as they keep lagging. Most of the time, don't even turn on. Canteen area could be improved and made cleaner, and the food could be taken care and more food should be added to the menu.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They are very helpful when needed and are really good tutors. Making the students studying in this college industry ready and overall smart for the future world. Exams are good too they are not that difficult.

Genuine review of Bishop Cotton's Women's Christian College.

Placements: The placement rate for my course was 15%. The lowest package offered was INR 25,000 and the highest was INR 1 lakh. Almost 10% of the students got recruited. The companies that recruited students looked for students with talent and communication skills.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good, but it could be better. The labs have Wi-Fi, and the systems are very good. The classrooms are neat and spacious, and the library has a good selection of books. The food is good, but could be better. However, there is no auditorium.

Faculty: The teachers are really great. They are friendly and qualified, and the quality of education is great too. The exams held are good, they consist of questions that are simple and difficult. Any student is able to pass the exam due to great teaching quality.

Other: I chose Bishop Cotton Women's Christian College because it offers a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree, which provides great opportunities for the future. The best thing about the BCA program is that it provides knowledge that can be used in any work position. However, the college only holds a fest once a year, which is not that great, and there are few extracurricular activities.

Placements: Decent placements and internship opportunities are offered to the students in this college. Around 20-30% of the students get successfully placed. The average package offered in the college is 4-6 LPA. Some local institutes and research organizations visit the college for placements.

Infrastructure: Yes, the college has good infrastructure for our course. Facilities such as labs, library, Wi-Fi, and canteen are provided to the students. Multiple sports facilities are also available for the students. All the facilities are properly maintained by the management. A hostel is available for the students of this college.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers of the college are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach well and clear all our doubts. The course curriculum at our college is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Exams at our college are not hard to pass, with a pass percentage of 80%.

I am dissatisfied because of the faculty. The campus life is very boring here.

Placements: As I'm studying in 1st year I don't have much idea about placements, companies, and stuff. But I think the placement in this college is kind of average level.

Infrastructure: There are good classrooms provided for this course. The labs are well furnished and maintained properly. The equipment used in the labs is next level. There are no hostel facilities in our college. There is a wide range of opportunities for sports and games.

Faculty: Teachers are well trained, dignified, and highly educated about a particular subject. The teaching quality is good and understandable. We get to visit many industries in this course through college. Semesters are a little bit difficult but manageable.
