A decent college for those who want to pursue at low price.

Placements: Around 20% of students were placed, as most of the students did not appear for placements. The staff and teachers were quite cooperative and motivated students to attend the placement sessions. The highest package offered was 1.5 LPA. The placement cell needs to be improved as the packages offered for students are very less.

Infrastructure: The campus provides full of facilities like good Wi-Fi connection. The hostel is also pretty good. Food at the mess is the best part of the hostel. The library is vast and fully air-conditioned. All in all, decent infrastructure. Sports equipment is also available. There is a music room also where you can learn to play different instruments. Canteen is also good.

Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful, enthusiastic and always give their best. They provide the best of their knowledge. In our city, CMK college is known for the hardwork of teachers. Exams are attainable if you study properly. Almost 70% students pass yearly. Teachers make sure that the syllabus is completed before time so that regular tests can be taken before exams which make the students prepare well. Batch size is not huge and the teachers concentrate on every student.

Other: Bachelor of commerce is widely followed by students from commerce field. It gives you insights into various subjects like accounting, economics, management, business laws, etc. One thing I wish is that this course needs to be more practical.

Satisfied because of the curriculum and faculty, dissatisfied because of placements and internships.

Placements: There is no such placement policy in the college. During our course time, only one HR came. That too, he was working independently. The roles that were offered to us were related to BPO services. There was no such provision for internships as well. So the college is responsible only for providing you studies and does not undertake any responsibility in consideration with the internships and placements.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are just average. All the studies took place on blackboards. There were no projectors. There is no facility of Wi-fi as well. Though, there were computer labs and library. There was just one canteen, that was also shared with a school. The medical facilities were poor and sports and games were average.

Faculty: The curriculum was very good. We studied all the subjects. Teachers were super helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. And the curriculum was really satisfied that it is helping me a lot during my MBA. But of course the curriculum is only theoretical. It does not make you industry ready.

Other: I chose this course because I wanted to do MBA later. So B.Com was important for me to do. I wished there were industry visits, internships and placements so that we could have better exposure. The campus life was average. The extracurricular activities were pretty good.
