CEMK is affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, formerly known as WBUT. The institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. NAAC has accredited the institute with a grade 'A'. College of Engineering and Management courses include BTech and MTech at the UG and PG levels. College of Engineering & Management admission is both merit-based and entrance-based.
