All about Utkal University, Vani Vihar.

Placements: This year, the placement percentage in the Department of Mechanical Engineering is 70-80%. Many companies such as PWC, Mahindra, Caterpillar, etc., offer a salary package of above 8 LPA. The highest salary package offered is around 15 LPA - 20 LPA. In other departments, like CS and IT the placement rate is higher.

Infrastructure: Hostel facility is very good provided Wi-Fi campus and unlimited Wi-Fi over the campus the course is very well and provide nice education over to the students and also help them to get what they want to achieve and the campus is very strict there is a strict restrictions on women's entry after 7 .

Faculty: The hostel facility is very good and provides Wi-Fi throughout the campus. It is unlimited. The course is very good and provides a nice education for students. It helps them to get what they want to achieve. The campus is very strict. There are strict restrictions on women's entry after 7 PM.

Other: There are regular fests and programs in the college which provide regular entertainment for students.

The college had really good infrastructure, excellent facilities, and supportive faculty members.

Placements: More than 85% of students were placed. The highest package offered was 12 LPA, and the lowest was 4.8 LPA. Companies like Bayer, Corteva, Syngenta, Centor India, SEED Works, US Agri, PAN India, Amul, Bandhan Bank, Axis Bank, Pradhan, Pesticide India, Mahyco, etc., recruited students. Managerial posts such as Territory Manager and Area Manager were offered.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, smart classrooms, and a library were available. Classes were organized on time. Maintenance and renovations were done regularly. All classrooms had air conditioning. Mess, hostel rooms, and shared toilets were available. Sports facilities included cricket, badminton, and volleyball.

Faculty: Lecturers and guest faculty members were highly qualified. They were supportive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was top-class. Curriculum was relevant and made students industry-ready. The semester difficulty is from moderate to hard. The pass percentage was above 60 percent.

Other: I was a B.Sc. I am an agriculture graduate and wanted to pursue my career in Agribusiness Management. I chose this course. My university was one of the best in the state, with alumni holding high positions in various multinational companies. Preference for placements could have been better. Many events, such as food fests, annual fests, and seminars, were organized. Extracurricular activities like industrial visits, farm visits, and study tours were also conducted.
