My college life experience.
Placements: From the batch of 200 students, approximately 80%+ students were placed.
The highest package offered was 10 lpa, the average was 4 lpa, and the lowest was 3 lpa.
Top recruiting companies were Infosys, Accenture, Sparkminds, Uno Mind, TCS, etc. There are no internship opportunities offered on campus, but you can apply off campus.
Infrastructure: Our college has one of the best infrastructures a college could have. The whole campus is equipped with centralized air conditioners. Air conditioners are available in every room, lab, and lecture hall. The library has a variety of books for every branch and stream. You can easily issue any book with your ID. The quality of the hostel is decent. The air conditioner of the hostel works well. The mess food is average. There are two main canteens. The food is good at a decent price. There are no sports and games in our curriculum as we will get no time to do all of that. But, there is a sports event every year where we can participate.
Faculty: Teachers and others are very helpful and supportive. You can take your issue to them any time you want and they are more than happy to solve it for you. You can even talk to them during lunch and the bio break. The course makes you trained well enough so that you can survive in the industry without any problem. The exams in the college are not that tough or difficult; they vary from medium to easy, and you can score well if you start to prepare for the exam even 2 to 3 days before the exam.
Other: I had no choice but this. The best thing about this course is that you can get government jobs, as there are lots of vacant positions in government sectors as well.
Maybe there are more internship opportunities offered on campus; then it would be even better.
There are hardly any events on the campus, maybe once a year.

The college is a good value for money.
Placements: Placements are average in our college. Usually, the students fail and decrease the total intake, and around 75% of the remaining students get placed. Overall, the placements are not too good but average. Off-campus placement takes the average placement. Good companies like TCS, HCL, Cognizant, and outer tech companies come for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good and has a healthy environment. They put pressure for study. The college has a centralised library with a vast collection of books. The college has a good environment for studies. The canteen is just average but there is a huge collection of snack shops just outside the back gate.
Faculty: The teachers in our college are knowledgeable, well qualified, and helpful in nature. They add value to the course and most of them are made fit for the job. The course curriculum is good. They provide huge options for specialisation courses. The exams are tough and usually hard to score well.

It is one of the best colleges in terms of infrastructure and placements.
Placements: Our college has a 90% placement record. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Top companies which visited here were Amazon, HCL, Bosch, Byju's, Honda, Infosys, TCS, etc. You will get ample opportunities in your domain. Most of the students got internships from here.
Infrastructure: It is one of the best colleges in terms of infrastructure and facilities. The hostel facility is nice, and there is a boys and girls hostel. The security of the hostel is also good. Wi-Fi is available with decent speed. The canteen facility is also good, and sports facilities are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are good here, and some of them lack experience. They listen to your queries and doubts and respond every time. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant, and the semester exams are good. They make students industry-ready.
Other: Our college is surrounded by a lush green environment. The crowd is really good.

College is very cool. Campus is very friendly with great security.
Placements: Actually there is no campus placement in any of the architecture college. Students do their internship on the basis of their work experience and contacts. For every architectural student, no. of the internship is more beneficial for the career and practical knowledge.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very grand. Surrounding is lively and there is Wi-Fi facility provided. We have a big sports ground and no. of canteens and libraries are there for the whole university students as well as for the outsiders.
Faculty: Faculty is very helpful and informative with great work experience and knowledge. They are always there to guide us. All the faculty members are respected and well-known architects so it's great to learn from them. They even take us for site visits.
Other: I chose this field because it was very interesting. An architect makes this world a better place to live in. Always wanted to try my hands on designing.

Great place to explore & develop a thought process but bad at developing design approach.
Placements: Architecture course does not provide placement in first place. We are underpaid and get jobs through a portfolio which is a compilation of academic and professional practice work. We don't get internships easily, we have to seek them without any wage.
Infrastructure: We had studios with a decent drafting table and a locker underneath it. A library having a huge collection to books from all the sections of the syllabus. Yes, we also had Wi-Fi to browse for ideas. We also had a computer lab where we could access certain software.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, though not all of them. The quality of teaching was okay but could have been better if we were taught a practical aspect of field rather than the theory from the very beginning. The curriculum could have a campus placement so nobody feels undervalued and underpaid.

Bharati Vidyapeeth University.
Placements: 5 to 6 companies come for placements. We have to provide our work portfolio for the interview, and then we get shortlisted for the same.
The company selects us according to our capabilities and salaries are given according to that. In India, 99% of the architecture colleges don't provide placements. We have to apply ourselves.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is amazing. The trees, the roads, the buildings, security and the environment everything is just amazing. Especially, architecture college, here students have painted the walls to show their skills. There is a very big ground to play sports like cricket, football, basketball, etc. There are many markets nearby for food and everything. The location of the university is very good. Easily accessible from bus stands and railway station.
Faculty: The faculty are highly educated. Their teaching methods are amazing
There are many courses such as architecture, engineering, medical, dental, Ayurveda, photography, biotechnology, physical education, women college of engineering, hotel management, and nursing. The faculty help students in teaching as well as for other things.

I'm satisfied with the faculty, good infrastructure, and facilities, etc.
Placements: No college provide the placements and internship from the college to the students of Architecture. Like other colleges, this college also helps to build your portfolio so that you can apply for the internships and jobs. The jobs in this course don't need college name. It just required the good portfolio and good control of software. So the placements depend on the number of software you learn and the number of aptitudes you develop. It will be better for your job and internships. So start learning and be independent because architects can search their jobs and internships easily.
Infrastructure: The entire college is enabled with Wi-Fi. It has a good library, good parking space, big classrooms, and good canteen. Every college is near to each other, so you can go and eat in any canteen. The campus is designed very well, so the space for circulation very good. It is a very beautiful campus. There is greenery all around the campus. The security of the campus is very good.
Faculty: The faculty members are highly educated. The college offers many courses. The campus has many departments for different courses like the college of architecture, college of engineering, college of hotel management, dental college, medical college, photography college, environmental college of physical education, etc.
Other: The college organises many events like sports, music, dance, etc.

BVDU College of Architecture: An average scorer's College.
Placements: Generally, architecture students do some internship at some private firm where the salary would be around Rs. 5000 per month.
After a few years of experience, they go for Post Graduation. Hence, on campus placements scenario is pretty poor.
Usually, students join their respective firms which they chose for their internships to gain more experience about the market and then open their own firms or pursue post graduation in their preferred subject.
Infrastructure: The architecture college is the last building in the Bharati Vidyapeeth campus and is extremely far from the main gate. The two storey building has good huge classrooms specially designed for architecture students. There is a well maintained and well equipped library which is easily accessible all the time. The building has no WiFi.
There is a separate girl’s hostel for architecture students where the rental charge is roughly around Rs. 65,000 per annum. Hostilities find the hostel pretty decent and don’t complain much about it.
The college has a canteen at the terrace of the building. But the students prefer the market at back of the college where you can get a lot of variety in food.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and have decent knowledge about their subject. Students love their teachers and have a good with rapport with them. Most importantly, they teach well. They have good communication skills and communicate mostly in English.
The college has a handful of good senior faculty members. But new teachers are joining the institute (mostly young architects who recently did their Masters) who definitely don't have teaching experience.
Other: As the college is in existence since a long time and with the Bharati Vidyapeeth name followed, it’s a good choice for any average scorer. The facilities and teaching staff puts Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Architecture in the good league of architecture colleges in Pune.

Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Architecture for Women offers a five-year BArch programme exclusively to women. For taking admission, candidates have to apply online and fill the application form. Candidates have to appear for entrance exam specific for UG and PG courses.

Yes, admission is open at Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Architecture for Women for the acadmeic session 2026. The college offers admission into BArch and MArch progarmmes. NATA 2026 registrations are open for B.Arch, with phase 1 exams scheduled between April and June 2026.
