Yes, most of the government colleges in India are having B.Com and other Commerce related courses. Such colleges are also very popular as they offer quality education at low rates of bills. Among the most well-known are a variety of colleges attached to the University of Delhi (e.g., Shri Ram College of Commerce, Hindu College, Hansraj College), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) and a large number of government-run arts and commerce colleges at the state level in each state. Admission is in-general taken place on the 10+2 merit basis or on common entrance test like CUET which are applicable to centrally-administered universities.
