XII) by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. Candidates who have passed the HSC examination in Commerce and Science streams are eligible for admission. All admissions are provisional, subject to the approval of the University of Mumbai, and students from Thakur Junior College who have acquired eligibility will be given preference. To get enrolled in the BBA programme in Gauhati Commerce College you need to be the 10 + 2 pass from any stream and 40% marks in degree level. The college will release the online application on its official website, generally in the month of May or June. Selection will be on the basis of merit. Your Class 12 marks will be taken into consideration in the selection process. If selected or shortlisted you will need to verify documents and pay the admission fees for securing your admission in the BBA program. Note that the BBA degree is approved by the AICTE and will be for three years. Students are suggested to frequently check the notice board or college official website for the dates for counselling and spot admission.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. The student should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised board.
2. The student should have fulfilled the merit criteria for the regular B.Com Program.
3. The student should have opted for B.Com with SPECIALISATION IN ACCOUNTING & FINANCE in the first year itself. Once a student opts for this specialisation, he/she will not be allowed to change/opt out of the specialisation.
Note: NRI & Foreign students need to get their documents scanned & apply to the International Office of Symbiosis Centre for International Education (SCIE) after the 12th st&ard results.
