No, you can't apply to Hindi teacher because Hindi teachers need a graduate degree B.A in Hindi but in some schools they will appoint as you know basics
Rashtrabhasha ia equivalent to +2 or intermediate class you can finish 9 exams that is equal to B.A in Hindi

Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
| Courses | Eligibility |
|---|---|
| B.A. | Candidates who have passed 10+2 or 10th +Visharad + Rashtrabhasha Praveen Pariksha or equivalent are eligible to apply. |
| PG Diploma | Candidates who have passed graduation with Hindi as a mandatory subject or Graduation with Rastra Bhasha Praveen of Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha or its equivalent from a recognized university are eligible. |
| M.A. | Candidates who have passed graduation with Hindi as a mandatory subject or Graduation with Rastra Bhasha Praveen of Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha or its equivalent from a recognized university are eligible. |
